Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You've to return the item within 7 working days.
Several items are exempt from being returned. Goods such as undergarments, Burkini, due to hygienic issues cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you did not like the item and want to return it for the first time a fees of 20DHS will be deducted including Delivery from your zayoshe account. The second time the charges will be 40DHS including delivery the rest of the amount will be debited to your account for a new purchase. no refund in this situation
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before sending back your Item please make sure to send an email to email@example.com. We will reply with a conformation email so that you can send your product back to our company.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
